Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Brooklyn city councilman Chi Osse had done in breaking down traditional politics with compelling social media and a plan to knock on a million doors, he said. He asked when the WFP would announce which candidate it would rank first on its primary slate and told her, “Give me as much time to get there as possible.”

Свою фирму Роман позиционирует как альтернативу ипотеке: для приобретения недвижимости один пайщик использует средства других вкладчиков, что позволяет быстрее получить жилье или коммерческий объект и оплачивать его без процентов или по сниженной ставке. Также в холдинге появилась бизнес-академия IBA, где Василенко является директором и преподавателем.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Годом позже бизнесмен получил ученую степень кандидата наук в экономическом университете Санкт-Петербурга, в 2016-м стал доктором экономических наук в Европейской академии естественных дисциплин в Ганновере. А на заре становления в бизнесе, когда деловой мужчина занимался интернет-проектом E-xecutive.ru, его интервью опубликовало издание «Форбс».</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Весной 2021-го телеканал «Россия 24» подготовил специальный репортаж о жилищном кооперативе Best Way, в действиях которого нашли признаки финансовой пирамиды. Так, журналисты отметили, что фирма предлагает сказочные условия: заплатив более € 2 тыс., можно внести 35–50 % от стоимости жилья, через год в него заселиться и выплачивать остаток долга беспроцентно. Таким образом, пайщики кооператива вложили миллиарды рублей, соответственно, если количество вкладчиков и финансовых вливаний сократится, наступит крах структуры.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Осенью Центробанк включил холдинг Life is Good в перечень фирм с признаками нелегальной деятельности, уточнив, что организация имеет характерные черты пирамиды. В этот список попали еще 2 детища Романа Василенко: Hermes Management и Best Way.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">На такие новости отреагировали внутри компании: директорам разных уровней разослали письма с уверением, что переживать не о чем, а фирма продолжает работать как часы и приносить прибыль. Также топ-менеджеры запустили акцию, пообещав компьютеры MacBook Air и автомобиль Mercedes Benz GLC тем партнерам, которые завлекут в организацию как можно больше людей. Сам бизнес-тренер провел интервью с Познером, которому рассказал о жизненном пути и программе приобретения недвижимости в Best Way.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Осенью 2021 года в результате заведенного уголовного дела несколько сотрудников Василенко были задержаны, а в начале 2022-го первоначальная статья изменилась на мошенничество в особо крупном размере.
